We offer a variety of trainings and educational lectures that are open to MRC Volunteers and the general public. 
Some deployments and volunteer opportunities are only available to fully credentialed MRC Volunteers.

Life-threatening emergencies can happen fast.  Emergency responders aren't always nearby.   You may be able to safe a life by taking simple actions immediately.

Learn basic skills to keep people with live threntening injuries alive until the pros arrive.

Emergency Management and Incident Command System

The Bristol-Norfolk Medical Reserve Corps will be sponsoring an educational lecture on how local Emergency Management operates during small and large-scale incidents from traffic accidents to large scale disasters.  Learn how the incident command system works and how it applies to volunteers.

The presentation will cover:  Incident Command Structure, chain of command, scaling from a small incident to large disasters, the importance of checking in, reporting to supervisors and being personally prepared.

A Community Conversation -
Foxborough Weaving a Tapestry of Hope, Healing & Prevention

A panel consisting of Suicide Attempt Survivors and Suicide Loss Survivors will share their stories, addressing the issues of loss, grief, healing, recovery and hope.  Attendees will also learn about grainings, wellness check work shops and prevention materials available.

Attendees should be 15 years and older
